Spaces AI ("Spaces," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple's email hiding feature, we only receive your relay email.

Photos You Upload: When you upload or take a photo of a room, we process that image to generate your redesign. Photos are stored securely and are only used to provide the service to you.

Design Preferences: Text prompts, reference images, and style selections you provide to customize your redesigns.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics data such as app usage patterns, crash reports, and feature engagement to improve the app experience.

Purchase Information: Subscription and credit pack purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered room redesigns based on your photos and preferences
• To match redesigned items with shoppable products from online retailers
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription
• To improve our AI models and app experience
• To send important service updates (not marketing spam)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• AI Processing Partners: Your photos and prompts are sent to AI service providers (such as OpenAI) to generate redesigns. These providers process data per their own privacy policies and do not retain your images.
• Analytics Providers: Anonymous usage data is shared with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve app stability and performance.
• Payment Processing: Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchases but no payment details.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies and encrypted connections. We retain your photos and project data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your projects at any time within the app.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of analytics tracking

6. Children's Privacy

Spaces is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Refunds

All purchases in Spaces AI — including subscriptions and credit packs — are processed through Apple's App Store as in-app purchases. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email.
