Welcome to Spaces AI ("Spaces," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Spaces AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spaces. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to share your account access with others.
Free Tier: New users receive a limited number of free credits upon signup. Each AI redesign consumes one credit.
Spaces Pro (Yearly): A paid auto-renewable subscription that provides additional credits and features. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your redesign. We do not claim ownership of your original photos or the AI-generated redesigns created for you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you provide.
Redesigns are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for inspiration and visualization purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, feasibility, or safety of any design suggestions. AI-generated designs should not be used as a substitute for professional interior design, architectural, or structural advice.
The App, its design, code, AI models, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Spaces AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App may display links to third-party retailers for shoppable product recommendations. We are not responsible for the products, services, content, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Purchases from third-party retailers are governed by their own terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaces AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to property.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
